UCB has invested in a new facility for the production of rad-cure monomers. Located in St- Ghislain, Belgium, the new plant represents part of UCB’s worldwide development strategy and will complement the group’s existing product units in several other European countries. The first phase of the new facility represents an investment of 125 million and the creation of 50 jobs. The plant is scheduled to be operational in 2006, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of rad-cure monomers.
